What is it?
Interactional Pattern Analysis looks at the way we communicate and relate to the people around us. Much of how we interact is automatic — learned early in life and repeated without our noticing. Some of those patterns serve us well. Others leave us feeling misunderstood, frustrated or stuck in the same conflicts.
This approach helps bring those patterns into awareness. Once you can see the cycle — what triggers it, how you respond and how others respond in turn — you have the power to choose a different response.
